New Year - New Start

After a MUCH longer break than anticipated, I am ready to start again! I am very excited about this. I worked on menu planning today and then went out and got my groceries. For the most part I was just in the produce section, but did get one loaf of sprouted bread and 2 bags of frozen berries. I'm going to start January 1st and as before will record my journey here.
