Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Green smoothie (spinach, strawberry, banana)
Lunch: Buckwheat porridge (strawberry, banana)
Snack: Raw milk
Dinner: Oat porridge (banana)
Last night we had the chance to get to a grocery store and buy a few more items, which will allow me more variety in my diet. I also have a big batch of uncorn chips going in my dehydrator that I put together yesterday. Today's plan is:
Pre-breakfast: Green smoothie (spinach, mixed fruit)
Breakfast: Oat porridge (banana)
Lunch: Apple Zucchini Sauce, Apple with Almond Butter
Snack: Raw milk
Dinner: Taco Salad (uncorn chips, salsa, Mexican veggie nut stuffer, bunch of mixed greens)
I lost 1.6lb on Day 1 and am excited about that great start! I have a horrible headache today, which I know means that my body is detoxing. I'm sure a huge part of that is caffeine withdrawl. I was starting each day off with 2 cups of black tea.

do you not cook the porridge? Is it just raw oats with raw milk on it?
I use steel cut oats. I soak them overnight to soften them and then the next morning put them in the blender with raw milk, raw butter, 3 bananas, and just a tad of maple syrup. YUMMY!
Ok, I've heard of steel cut oats but have never seen them anywhere. Where do you get yours? I LOVE oatmeal!
I get mine through a co-op because it is much cheaper to buy them in bulk. However, if you have a natural foods store near you (like Wild Oats or Whole Foods) they would have it. Sometimes you'll even see it in the natural food section of a regular grocery store.
